My name is Arnel Colar. I'm a freelance writer from the Philippines. I write articles (SEO optimized or not) on any topic (environment, internet marketing, seo, etc). I can also do HTML and CSS. I did some styling on this blog that end up to the way it is now. I started FreelanceAdvise in 2011. My goal with this blog is to share my experiences in freelancing, provide tips, advise, and to popularize freelancing in the Philippines.
